Doing it All Himself

When Chad first got started as a real estate investor, he achieved what many would call 'success' by doing approximately 3 deals per month. But, it was a very inefficient process. Chad recalls what it was like...

"I can remember literally being on the phone and I'd get a beep, and I'd see another phone call coming in, and then I'd get another beep. I'd get three or four phone calls while I was on the phone with a lead.

So then I'm trying to call those other people back, and at the same time when I'm calling them back I'm getting more phone calls, and all I'm getting are voice mails.

That was my biggest struggle; just trying to keep up with the phone calls because it came directly to my personal phone."

Doing it 'the old way'

Chad was struggling managing all the moving parts of his real estate investing business.

"We didn't have anything set up as a CRM at that point in time. We were still literally doing everything on spreadsheets, and Google docs. I knew there had to be a better way."

Implementing REI BlackBook

"Everything completely changed when we started implementing REI BlackBook. In just 2 years, we've gone from averaging 2 to 3 deals a month to... next year we'll do an average of 20 deals per month, and that's a very, very conservative estimate."

What Financial Freedom Looks Like for Chad

"I've been very blessed to have been traveling in an RV this last year, and so my family and I have spent some good quality time. I think next year we should consistently do 20 deals a month, and myself and my business partner honestly have very little involvement in that side whatsoever other than coaching and following up to make sure things are getting done. REI BlackBook is frickin' badass!"
