Meeting Calendar

Calendar support has been added for Meetings, enabling smoother scheduling and visibility.

  • Resolved issues related to Add Property and Dialer role-change.
  • Removing the last deal type no longer auto-selects all deal types.
  • Fixed disabled update buttons and sub-modal inconsistencies.
  • Activity tab now displays correctly after running the Create Deal workflow.
  • Meeting default location is now auto-selected as intended.
  • Fixed pipeline search auto-clearing, label overlaps, blank workflow pages, and contact info showing on unrelated screens.
  • Repair List: corrected default sections, conditional logic, and missing custom groups.
  • Workflow-triggered activity cards, merge fields, and Tag Step “Remove All” toggle now function correctly.
  • Resolved the “No contacts selected” error when triggering workflows.
  • Smart Routing filters, saved values, and role options now behave as expected.
  • System deal fields have been restored in merge field dropdowns.

Deal Settings

The Deal Settings area now includes a centralized configuration hub for all deal-related customization, giving you complete control over how deals are organized, categorized, and displayed.

Deal Fields

  • Predefined set of default deal fields.
  • Add, edit, or delete custom fields to capture specific property or transaction details.
  • Group fields into logical sections (e.g., Financial Information, Property Condition).
  • Fields appear in the Deal Details view under relevant custom deal tabs.
  • Fields can be used to get information while transitioning status of a deal. This configuration is done from Deal Types.

Deal Tabs

  • Configure and reorder tabs displayed within the Deal Details page.
  • Delete unused tabs to streamline navigation for your team.

Deal Types

  • Predefined default deal types include Seller Leads, Fix & Flip, Rental, and Wholesale.
  • Create and manage your own custom deal types.
  • A deal type can have its own set of Statuses (aka deal lifecycle).
  • Define fields that need to be collected on Status Transition.
  • Define the Workflow that needs to be run on Transition (Coming Soon).

Deal Tags

  • Create a tagging taxonomy to classify deals (e.g., “Hot Lead,” “Follow-Up Required,” “Investor Ready”).
  • Tags are visible in the Deal Details page for quick identification.

Seller Sheet

  • Structured form linked to each deal for capturing seller motivation, occupancy, mortgage details, property condition, offer type, and financial info.
  • Supports custom sections for specialized data capture.
  • Directly editable within the Deal Details Overview tab.

Repair List

  • Itemized breakdown of required repairs, including cost estimates.
  • Supports category grouping (e.g., Interior, Exterior, Plumbing, Electrical).

Pipeline

The Pipeline view provides a Kanban-style visual representation of deals, making it easy to track progress across different stages.

  • Multiple Pipelines: Create separate pipelines for different business processes or deal types.
  • Custom Stages: Define stage names and order to match your business flow.
  • Drag & Drop Card: Easily drag and drop cards between stages and pick statuses if multiple are bound to a stage.
  • Stage Counts: View the number of deals per stage at a glance.
  • Customization Menu:
    • Options to duplicate or delete pipelines.
    • Configure deal rotting settings and color bindings.

Deal Cards

Each Deal Card is a snapshot of a deal with instant access to key information.

  • Displays deal name, photo, address, key attributes (beds, baths, sqft), price, deal type, and creation date.
  • Shows contact avatars for primary and associated contacts.
  • Displays lead source (e.g., Direct Mail) and status tags (e.g., New Lead, Need Follow Up).
  • Embedded action icons for calling, sending SMS or email, and opening deal details.
  • Deals display badge counts to show deal aging.

Deal Details Page

The Deal Details page is the hub for all information related to a single deal.

  • Overview:
    • Revenue Projection: Displays purchase price, holding cost, rehab cost, selling cost, ARV, and projected revenue.
    • Seller Sheet: Shows seller motivation, occupancy, mortgage info, property condition, offer type, and financial info.
  • Property Details: Includes all property attributes and image upload/remove options.
  • Comps: Comparative market analysis.
  • Repair List: Cost and task breakdown for repairs.
  • Analyzer: ROI and profitability calculations (Coming Soon).
  • Files: Attach and view deal or property-related documents.
