I have been using REI Blackbook for the past four months – since February 2012. If I had to sum up, in one word, my experiences with this platform it would be WOW!!!

I’ve incorporated many aspects of REI Blackbook into my real estate business. It has helped me manage and expand into 3 states. Robert Kiyosaki teaches that, in order to move from the left side to the right side of the Cash Flow Quadrant and have a Business (B), you need to focus on systems rather than product. REI Blackbook allows me to be able to do this without spending years building my systems from scratch.

Web Design. Before I found out about REI Blackbook, I spent a LOT of money on a website that was less than sterling. Now I have two (in a week I’ll have a third) websites. The websites created through REI Blackbook look very professional – my web footprint makes me look like one of the big boys! But it only takes minutes to build. I have a website targeted to motivated sellers (www.MyCash4Homes.com) that makes it extremely easy to take advantage of our services. I have a website targeted to buyers (www.JHWoodburn.com) that makes it look like I have a presence throughout the United States. Every property listed in REI Blackbook shows up on my website!

Property Analyzer. I purchase most of my properties at wholesale prices. In order to do this I need to make offers over the phone the first time a highly motivated seller calls me. This requires me to have an accurate After Repair Value (ARV) on the property right at my finger tips. The REI Blackbook Property Analyzer allows me to do this in less than a minute, while talking on the phone. I can now give a quote on that first call with the confidence that I will make money on every deal I close.

Property Marketing. What a great feature! I don’t even know where to start. Before I started using REI Blackbook, I had a property on Craigslist for 6 months and not a single hit. I put the data in the Property Marketing module, copied the HTML code into my Craigslist ad and…WOW! I had over a dozen calls the first couple of days. I sold the property in less than a month. I’ve had people call on ads that REI Blackbook posts on Trulia and Zillow. I will use REI Blackbook to market EVERY property that crosses my desk.

My Client Genie. We had purchased a mobile home near Hanover, PA. Using REI Blackbook’s Property Marketing we placed ads throughout the internet. These ads had squeeze pages setup to push potential buyers to My Client Genie. This made it almost effortless to track my buyers. And, once they were “in the pipe,” I could track, market and monitor every aspect of their journey to closing. Client Genie really helped to keep me on track and focused to close the deal.

Community. This could also be called Family. I have met dozens of active real estate investors on the community section of REI Blackbook. Some are new, others have years of experience. Whether new or seasoned, they are all willing to help and give an encouraging word. I started my own group, Wholesale, in the Community.

Support. No software platform is perfect. But, REI Blackbook strives to be close. Every time I have sent in a request to have something tweaked or modified, the support staff does everything in their power to solve my concerns. They are more than professional and always work with me with a positive, can-do attitude.

The bottom line, REI Blackbook helps me manage ALL aspects of my real estate business on one platform. The John H Woodburn Group, Inc, our real estate business, has grown leaps and bounds over the last four months. This is completely attributed to two things: Rich Dad/Tigrent Learning and REI Blackbook. We would still be floundering if it wasn’t for or great training and incredible tools. I cannot thank the team at REI Blackbook enough. I am excited to see what you come up with next.
