Graphic Designer

Role and Responsibilities

The Graphic Designer will report to the Creative Director. An accepted candidate will work in collaboration with the creative team to produce high quality, engaging material. Projects may include, but are not limited to:

- Website design
- WordPress website upkeep
- Logo and Icon creation
- design of print material
- branding
- Other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Education Requirements

Bachelor's degree with an emphasis in graphic design, web design, or a related field

Or equivalent experience

Preferred Skills

Demonstrate proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.

Read and write HTML and CSS. Web design experience desirable. (U/X Interface, WordPress, Bootstrap, etc.)

Work independently

Learn! Flexibility, patience, motivation and acceptance of constructive criticism are essential.

Senior Developer

Role and Responsibilities

The senior developer works under the supervision of the product director. Working in conjunction with the rest of the development team the senior developer is responsible for:

- Building new features
- Finding broken "things" and fixing them really fast
- Improving existing features
- Cleaning the bathroom... (must have a sense of humor)
- Other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Education Requirements

3+ years of experience building database backed web applications

Preferred Skills

Solid knowledge of PHP/jQuery/Git

Phalcon framework experience is a plus

Work independently
